Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Travel Agents who are passionate about Disney and skilled in creating unforgettable vacation itineraries. As an Independent Travel Agent with Happiest Things Travel, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while managing your own leads and building a successful travel business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage your own client base by generating and nurturing leads.
– Design customized Disney vacation itineraries based on clients’ preferences and needs.
– Provide expert advice and recommendations on Disney resorts, parks, dining, and entertainment options.
– Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process and during their trip.
– Stay current with Disney products, promotions, and travel trends to offer the most accurate and up-to-date information.
– Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.
Requirements:
– Must be based outside the states of Washington, Florida, Hawaii, or California.
– Strong passion for all aspects of Disney vacations, including theme parks, resorts, dining, and entertainment.
– Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
– Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
– Prior experience in travel planning or sales is a plus but not required

Please understand this is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will be responsible for finding your own leads, but you can participate in lead share if you choose to complete agency education! Monthly membership fees range from $25-$65 a month based on the commission tier you choose. HTT agents have access to several softwares along with education opportunities and collaborative team trainings.
